    Returns
    There is a 30 days return policy. If you don`t like the item, you can return it within 30 days after delivery date.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with all of accessories and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Shipping
    If you are going to return your item.Please contact with us through tim@sygav.com at first to have a RMA No. And tell us the tracking number after the return item dispatched.

    The buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping fee.

    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
