At first please make sure you have a SYGAV head unit already before contacting with us. Because we only have the system firmware for SYGAV units. We can do nothing for non SYGAV unit.

To avoid update the system with wrong system firmware.
Please go to the menu of Settings/About machine, and take a picture on the Build Number information.
Please send that picture to us through WhatsApp(on the homepage of this website) or Email (info@sygav.com), then we`ll send you the relative system firmware.
